• Gulf Coast TMC integrates the ABB Gas Chromatograph into a skid mounted platform consisting of an ABB C6+ or C9+ Gas Chromatograph mounted, tubed, wired and terminated in an ABB Cold Weather Enclosure.<\/li>
• The Cold Weather Enclosure is heated electrically via an Intertec Varitherm 400W Fin Heater or a Natural Gas Bruest Heater.<\/li>
• A 24Vdc UPS and Electrical Junction Box are integrated in a white powder coated enclosure and utilize a Phoenix Contact Power Supply and UPS for charging and maintaining the (2) 100AH Gel Cell Batteries.<\/li>
• The (5\u2019 x 8\u2019) aluminum skid has a uni-Bracket mounted to support the footprint of all SSI Analyzers and the UPS\/J-Box enclosure.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  • The sample conditioning may vary depending on your application and gas composition, but will consist of a Genie probe mounted in a Mustang Pony Box, a Mustang P53 if the pressure cut is taken external of the CWE or a (4) stage heated regulator mounted inside of the CWE for pressure cuts made internal of the CWE.<\/li>
  • The Aluminum Skid utilizes rigid aluminum conduit to integrate the entire Measurement System.
